Annemarie has worked for Northern Ballet for over 25 years, teaching ballet students of all ages. She came to Pilates as a complimentary form of exercise to support her own dance technique and realising the benefits, trained as a Pilates instructor to help inform all her teaching. Annemarie qualified with MK Pilates in matwork in 2022 and in reformer in 2023.
She joined the Physiofit team in 2023, teaching mat and reformer classes.
