Elaine qualified as a physiotherapist from Robert Gordon University in 2022 and currently works at Bradford Teaching Hospitals. During her degree, Elaine realised she thoroughly enjoys motivating others to achieve their personal goals. She is particularly enthusiastic about using the social and physiological benefits of group exercise to encourage others in their rehabilitation journey.
Due to her personal enjoyment of Pilates, Elaine has recently undertaken her Modern Pilates qualification and is very much looking forward to developing her Pilates skill set over the coming years with Physiofit Leeds.
