Simone began her Pilates journey with Julie Murgatroyd back in 2010 after having her second child and suffering a huge arthritic flare up. Regular Pilates has helped to reduce her joint pain and muscle stiffness and develop muscle strength and joint mobility.
Simone enjoys the mindful element of Pilates as a happy antidote to her other career as a primary school teacher. She decided to turn her passion for Pilates into a second career in 2022 and qualified with Modern Pilates in early 2023. She joined Physiofit soon after.
